As part of the Exorcising the BLACK Sea's Silent Killers (BlackNETs, BSB00164) project, a national workshop titled “BlackNETs: From Information to Impact” will be held on September 17, 2025, in Constanța, Romania. The workshop will bring together stakeholders to explore practical solutions for reducing and managing fishing-related waste, review existing measures, and address challenges posed by ghost gear and other abandoned, lost, or discarded fishing gear (ALDFG) in the Romanian Black Sea region.
