We are happy to welcome beneficiaries of the 2nd Calls for Proposals to Bucharest for the first day of our training event under the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme.
Today is dedicated to collaborative learning, knowledge-sharing, and practical insights to ensure successful project implementation.
The day began with a warm welcome and an overview of the agenda, followed by a plenary session on Jems reporting, led by the Managing Authority’s Jems Unit. The session provided a thorough explanation of reporting requirements for both Partners and Lead Partners, with an interactive Q&A to address questions.
The highlight of the afternoon will be Workshop Café sessions, where beneficiaries will rotate through four thematic tables, each focusing on an aspect of project management:

🔵 2.Reporting output and result indicators
🟠 3.Communication and visibility
🟢 4.Financial management
These 30-minute sessions will ensure open dialogue, experience-sharing, and collective problem-solving, all facilitated by moderators from the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat.
At the end of the day, we will have a wrap-up session to summarize the main insights and common themes that emerged from the Workshop Cafés. Participants will leave equipped with practical knowledge and a stronger network to support their project implementation efforts.
We will continue Day 2, with session on procurement, management verifications and irregularities led by TESIM and the Romanian National Controller.
