The 1st Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 focused on the following:
- JMC Rules of Procedure
- The key aspects to be included in the Guidelines for Grant Applicants
- Details regarding the Launching of the 1st Call for Proposals
- Updated Communication and Visibility Manual
- Technical Assistance Budget
- Selection Criteria for the future Joint Technical Secretariat staff
- National Procedure Rules
All the representatives of the participating countries at the 1st Joint Monitoring Committee brought constructive feedback and ideas. The following steps are for the Managing Authority to make changes to the documents in accordance with the discussions carried at the JMC meeting and to prepare the launch of the first call for proposals.
