The Joint Managing Authority for the Black Sea Basin Programme 2007-2013 is conducting a survey designed to seek the opinions of the current beneficiaries and partners of ENPI CBC projects and also of the applicants or partners who submitted a project proposal, so to ensure the new programme structures meet the needs of the potential applicants and beneficiaries.
The Romanian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, as Joint Managing Authority for the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin 2007-2013”, in co-operation with the Turkish National Authority (Ministry for EU Affairs of Turkey) and with the strong support of European Commission through ENI CBC – Support to the preparation of programmes (SPP) organized on the 28th – 29th of April 2014, in Sile / Istanbul, Turkey, the fourth meeting of the Joint Programming Committee (JPC) for the future ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020.
In the framework of the preparation of the future ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014 – 2020, representatives of the National Authorities (NA), representatives of the institutions likely to perform the role of the member of the Group of Auditors (GoA) and representatives of the institution likely to perform the role of Control Contact Point (CCP) have gathered on Thursday, 27th of March, in Bucharest, to discuss at technical level essential issues regarding the management and control system.
The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, acting as Joint Managing Authority for the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin 2007-2013”, has launched an open tender procedure for the contracting of audit services for the projects implemented under the programme.
The Joint Programming Committee for ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 decided to launch public consultations on the first version on the results of the socio-economic analyses of the eligible area (SWOT) and on the proposed thematic objectives and priorities of the future program. These documents have been prepared with the support of experts from the SPP project (Support to the preparation of programmes).
Ministry for EU Affairs in Turkey, as National Authority in the ENPI Black Sea Basin CBC Programme is organizing Project Implementation Training on 18-19 February 2014 for the projects implemented under the first and second calls for proposals.
The National Authorities from Armenia, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine in co-operation with the ENI CBC – Support to the preparation of programmes Project (SPP) are organising national consultations on the first version on the results of the socio-economic analyses of the eligible area (SWOT) and on the proposed thematic objectives and priorities of the future program.
