Improving Emergency Response Capacities to Natural and Man-made Disasters in Small Communities across the Black Sea Basin Region
The Black Sea Basin region faces significant challenges due to its susceptibility to natural disasters and climate change impacts, particularly in small communities. These communities lack adequate prevention, acknowledgement, and training activities, leading to longer response times. The project aims to enhance disaster risk prevention, climate change adaptation, and emergency response capacities in these communities, focusing on rural areas.
